Customer Reviews
Good deal on a nice basket
I was looking for a new corbeille de rangement and saw Maison de l'Osier had a sale. Got 15% off during their summer sales, which made it a really good price for a handmade item. Shipping was free too, which always helps. Felt like I got my money's worth.
Good quality, delivery a bit slow
I ordered a "tête de lit en rotin" a few weeks ago. The headboard itself is lovely, really well-made, and looks just like the pictures. It totally transformed the bedroom, which was great. My only real complaint was the shipping; it took closer to two weeks than the 7-10 days I was expecting, which felt a bit long. Customer service was polite when I enquired, but they couldn't speed things up. Overall, happy with the product, just wish delivery was a bit quicker.
Good value for a "panier à linge"
I was looking for a decent "panier à linge en osier" that wouldn't break the bank. Found one here during a sale, and with the free shipping for orders over 50 euros, it felt like a good deal. The basket is a good size and seems sturdy enough for daily use. It's not super luxurious, but for the price I paid, it's definitely worth it. Saved some money and got what I needed.
Nice basket, easy ordering
I decided to try Maison de l'Osier for a "corbeille de rangement." The website was straightforward to navigate, and placing the order was simple enough. It arrived within a week, packaged securely, and the basket itself is very charming. It fits perfectly where I intended it to go and seems quite durable. I appreciated the tracking updates; they were accurate. No issues at all, a smooth transaction from start to finish.
Pretty "sac à main en paille"
I got one of those "sac à main en paille" for summer, and it's super cute. It arrived pretty fast, and it feels well-made, not flimsy at all. It's got enough space for my phone and wallet. I've already gotten a few compliments on it. Definitely happy with this little bag.
Love my new mirror!
Just received my miroir en rotin and it's perfect! It looks even better than the pictures online. The craftsmanship is really lovely, you can tell it's handmade. It arrived in perfect condition and pretty fast too. I'm so happy with this purchase! I'll definitely be back for a tête de lit en rotin next, and I've already told my sister to check out their site for a new sac à main en paille. Everything is just so charming!
Stylish but slow delivery
I ordered a porte-revues en rotin from Maison de l'Osier during the Black Friday event. The item itself is very stylish and well-made, exactly what I expected from the photos. It really elevates my living room space. The discount was pretty good, around 25%, which was a solid incentive. However, the delivery took longer than I anticipated. It shipped out quickly but then seemed to sit at a transit hub for a few extra days. It wasn't a huge deal since I wasn't in a rush, but it was a bit frustrating checking the tracking daily. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, though, which I appreciated. Overall, I'm happy with the product, but the shipping could use a little improvement on speed.
Consistently good products
This was my third purchase from Maison de l'Osier, and as usual, they delivered. I got a "porte-revues en rotin" this time, and it's just as sturdy and well-finished as the "cache-pot en osier" I bought last year. Their quality is really consistent, which is why I keep coming back. The shipping was on time too, which is always a plus. Happy to be a repeat customer.

Thinking of getting a headboard but not sure if it'll fit my bed. How easy are returns if it doesn't work out?
hey has anyone ordered from here before? wondering how long shipping takes to like, California. i need a new laundry basket soon lol
are the products actually handmade? or is it just like, machine made wicker stuff? looks nice but wanna make sure it's legit.
how long does shipping usually take to, say, California? Thinking of getting a big rattan headboard, but need it before my sister visits in a few weeks.
wondering if they ever have sales on their furniture. The rattan armchairs are tempting but a bit pricey for my budget right now.
